However, we are very happy to help you with this as part of our setup process for your account. Sometimes, it takes a little work to make sure the list is in the right format with the appropriate information for the system.

Also, it is worth remembering that there are several customizable fields in the system. Some clients use one of these for instance to record which affiliates are XL Life members so that they can send selective emails to them.
